TÜV RheinlandAs an ongoing process the prospega GmbH will participate in recognized industry-leading test and accreditation procedure in the interest of long-standing customer relationships. Continuous improvement processes in business, in logistics and in the CRM processes are firmly anchored in the enterprise and form the basis for timely responses to the challenges of changing markets.

Background on the testing process and on the organiser for the award

The German Direct Marketing Association (DDV -Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband e. V. ") is a modern association of communication and as a dynamic representation of a future-oriented growth industry. It represents the interests of service providers and advertising companies throughout the direct marketing industry. The DDV combines questions from the practice, supports the exchange of experiences among its members and ensures a balance of interests between business and consumers.

The DDV-member companies of the council direct distribution organize their processes and practices in direct accordance with the requirements (quality criteria) of the "handbook on service quality in DDV, council direct distribution, version revision 3."

The member companies of the council direct distribution acquire in a 2-stage testing and evaluation procedure the certification of their service quality. The process includes the auditing of organizational units, the determination of customer satisfaction as well as the determination of employee satisfaction.

Customer and employee evaluations are analyzed and evaluated. The process maturity of the offered services of the DDV-member companies are identified for more than 100 test criteria in the following testing areas:

  • Executive Committee,
  • Staff and equipment,
  • Performance and customer orientation,
  • Proof of value proposition and promise of dealing with complaints,
  • Specifications, documents and communications to quality standards.

The certificate "TÜV Rheinland certified direct delivery" (TÜV Rheinland geprüfte Direktmarketing-Zustellung) ensures, that the members of the DDV internal "council direct distribution" (Council Zustellung) gear towards a high value orientation and sustainable transparency in the distribution service for their customers.

The testing and certification procedures are carried out by the TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH, department service certification.
